About
Made by someone who was tired of the hunt
OnePaste is a small, independent Mac app — built with care, sold once, and private by default.
The story
“What’s your portfolio link?” “Can you send your PAN for the invoice?” “Do you have a calendar link?”
As a product designer, my days were full of the same questions, a thousand times over. Each answer meant digging through a Notion page, an old email or a photo of a card — then copying, switching back, and pasting. Thirty seconds at a time, it quietly added up to half an hour a day.
A Notion doc helped a little. What I really wanted was for the answer to be right there, under my cursor, wherever I was typing. Double-tap a key, pick, done. So I built it.
Who makes OnePaste
OnePaste is designed and built by Kailash Saravanan, a product designer from India. You can find my work on Dribbble and Behance, and say hi on X or LinkedIn.
What we believe
- Your details are yours. OnePaste stores everything on your Mac. No account, no cloud, no tracking.
- Pay once. A tool this focused shouldn’t be a subscription.
- Craft matters. The way it opens, the way it animates, the way it gets out of your way — that’s the product.
- Nothing to memorize. If you have to remember a shortcut for every link, you’ll stop using it. So we made it searchable.
